(CURRENTLY N/A) Imperial Stout: ABV 9.8% IBU: 72
Our nod to the tradition in London, originally by Thrale's Brewery, of crafting very stout beers to gift to the court of Catherine II, of Russia. Ours has a lighter body than most and a big lingering chocolate and dark fruit presence, with hints of sherry. Large amounts of flavorful British roasted malts and flaked barley come together with fine German hops to culminate in this big beer.
Belgian Golden Strong: ABV 9.6% IBU: 42
A Belgian response to the popularity of pilsners. This Belgian Golden Strong is brewed with Belgian malt, a Belgian yeast strain, and candy sugar to give it extra strength.
